He then arranged a time to ring us to talk through possible deals. After a discussion we agreed a deal & was sent an email to confirm the deal & a link to raise the order etc... I have been using Osim for more than 20 years, I love all their products, I have almost bought all of them. This is the third massage chairs I bought, really looking forward for it. Their service is very good, answer all my questions and very helpful.
Returns and refunds are available for all new products. If you wish to return your product, you must do so within 14 days of purchase in original condition including packaging.
