The Total Rental Fee is split into two amounts, a one-off Rental Fee and a Bond Fee which will be reimbursed at the end of the rental period. The total costs are broken down below:
- OSIM uLove 2 Massage Chair: £800 Rental Fee + £2000 Bond (£2800 total)
- OSIM uDivine V Massage Chair: £480 + £1300 Bond (£1780 total)
No, it is a one-off payment.
It will be returned via payment method you used to pay for the rental.

Yes, our team will deliver, install and pick up your product free of charge.
The product must be appropriately cared for during the Rental Period. This includes:
- Avoiding direct sunlight
- Avoiding intentional damage.
Non-accidental damage will incur additional charges.
Any accidental damage to the product during the Rental Period will be replaced by spare parts.
In the case that the product cannot be fixed with spare parts, a replacement product will be sent.
