We ordered the uDivine V in Oct 2020 and the chair arrived in Nov 2020, took about 4 weeks (within expectation). David from Osim was very contactable (via FB Messenger and Whatsapp) and very good providing updates. The delivery was equally good, we did not only get email update and also a text from Louis a couple day before of the delivery time. The massage chair itself is great, very solid and does the job well.

Returns and refunds are available for all new products. If you wish to return your product, you must do so within 14 days of purchase in original condition including packaging. To return or refund a product, please email cs@osim.co.uk. Please note that returning or refunding any OSIM massage chairs and/or OSIM foot massagers will incur a 30% restocking fee.
