I purchased uSqueez 2 foot massager recently. The force of reflex roller was extremely strong, I couldn’t. tolerate the force so I didn’t put the feet inside. How can I adjust to minimise the degree of force please?

I ordered this a while back, and never heard back from the company. After chasing it up, they kept telling me that it was going to be delivered soon. Eventually, I asked to cancel my order as it had been over 2 months but they didn't refund me so I had to go to my credit card company to issue a chargeback.

The instructions are pretty useless. How do you adjust the kneaders, I don’t particularly want to use too much force.
