Ordering Osim from the Netherlands
Ordering Osim from the Netherlands. I have previously owned an Osim ucosy, but that was bought a long time ago on a layover in Singapore. It was so great i used it during two of my pregnancies. It recently stopped working and I was pleasantly surprised that I could place an order within Europe. My only gripe is that it comes from UK, which is a bit annoying after Brexit, so i am hoping that they get a warehouse in the EU. My experience ordering was quite good. I was not able to contact them via phone initially so i tried instagram, email and via whatsapp. I found that whatsapp was the most responsive and found it really helpful as all of my questions were answered. I would definitely be ordering again as i love osim products. Yes they cost more than the ones on amazon but my last one last me 6 years with intensive use.

Returns and refunds are available for all new products. If you wish to return your product, you must do so within 14 days of purchase in original condition including packaging. To return or refund a product, please email cs@osim.co.uk. Please note that returning or refunding any OSIM massage chairs and/or OSIM foot massagers will incur a 30% restocking fee.
